Search in Inventory for a Price Range

You can now search a price range in Inventory. Just go to search field, enter price range like this 5,000...10,000 and it will pull up all work priced between $5,000 and $10,000.

Attach an Image to Contact Records

You can now attach an image in Contacts. Just select the contact, in contact detail click change photo, select the file to upload and you're done!

Track Payments to Artists

You can now enter payments to Artists from the Inventory section. Just go to Inventory, select the Artwork, go to Financials tab and enter the date and amount of the payment.

New Invoicing Feature!

We just rolled out our new Invoicing Feature! Just select the Inventory item you want to Invoice from the Inventory Tab, go to the Financials Tab, select Invoice and click Go!

Import Contacts & Inventory

Did you know that you can now import your inventory and contacts into ArtSmart from Excel? With ArtSmart Migrator all you have to do is go to your Admin Tab and Click Import Contacts or Import Inventory.
