Monthly Bookkeeping

Starting as low as $250 per month. Bookkeeping is fundamental to all creative businesses. This is the foundation every organization needs in order to be compliant and knowledgable. 

Knowledge is power! 

We establish, maintain, code and reconcile your financial transactions using QuickBooks Online. This ensures proper tracking of the money coming in and going out of your business so you are prepared for tax season and perhaps more importantly, you know exactly what is happening in your business at any given moment. You can make confident decisions and have the peace of mind you need to run your studio, gallery or organization. At the end of the year we also make sure you are in compliance with federal rules like collecting W9s and filing 1099s.

Analysis of what business entity is right for the type of business that you want to set up and then setting up that entity with the proper federal, state and local business licenses.

Payroll Set Up & Management
Establishment and maintenance of payroll for your employees as well as withholding and paying out the appropriate taxes to the necessary government entities.

Organizational Planning & Implementation
An intensive overview and assessment of the organization identifying issues and redundancies and making suggestions for improvements and steps for implementation. The assessment culminates in a business manual or handbook including job descriptions, employee responsibilities, office procedures and protocols, business structure, budgets and goals.
